"History" lets you view edits and revert the notebook to previous versions. "Review" lets you make changes to the entire notebook for the sake of polish. "View" lets you change the way OneNote appears, and allows for some increased accessibility through the immersive reader. Finally, "Help" gives you access to manuals and tips regarding the use of OneNote.
