It uses decoupling to stop volatility passing through your business and it no longer relies on (often erroneous) forecasts but on actual customer orders. Deploying DDMRP makes it possible to ensure a service rate close to 100% and reduce inventories and expediates by over 50%. DDMRP is the Order Generation and Prioritisation Engine of your supply chain. It uses Lean and TOC concepts to enhance MRP. Erwann has 10 years' experience as an instructor in Lean and Supply Chain. He also brings value to the trainee with his 10 years experience in Supply Chain through his former positions in industries such as Kodak or Naviline.
