1. SLOVAKIAN TRADITIONAL GAME

ČERVENÝ A ČİERNY

Pupils are divided into two teams. One is assigned the colour red, the other black. The children stand at the centre line facing each other. When the teacher shouts "red", the task of the red group of children is to catch up and catch the black ones.Both colours start with the same letter Č andthat's the intention. This makes the teacher keep the kids in suspense a little longer. In the quick decision of whether to chase or run away, it's more challenging.The game can be varied. With younger pupils, a short story can be told (3 sentences) and a crank word can be incorporated, e.g. "...and the princess had a red dress". For older pupils, the colours of the teams can be swapped for 'even' and 'odd'. Then the teacher does not shout even and odd, but gives the equations.

2. TURKISH TRADITIONAL GAMES

'Yerden Yüksek' which literally means "Higher than the Floor" is a traditional Turkish game that is common among the children. The game is so similar as the famous "the floor is lava" game.One of the students becomes the "it". The other students run around. The "it" tries to touch one of the students. If they are on a higher place than the floor, they cannot be touched. If they are not, the "it" can touch him/her and make him/her the "it".

YERDENYÜKSEK

"İstop" is another funny traditional game among the Turkish children. The word comes from the English word "stop". One of the students throws the ball as high as s/he can, while the other students running around. While throwing the ball above, s/he also yells one of his/her friends' name. If that friend can catch the ball without touching the ground, s/he yells another friends' name. If the ball touches the ground, s/he yells "istop (stop)". Everyone freezes. The student tries to hit one of his/her friends with the ball. If one gets hit, s/he has to leave game. If s/he can't hit a friend, s/he leaves the game.

It is a Spanish traditional and funny game.Firstly, we divided our class into 2 teams and one referee. Both teams organize in lines far away from each other. Every player in a team has to memorize a number.The referee will be in the centre of the playground and he will grab a tissue, then s/he will yell one number and this number of each team has to take the tissue and bring it to their team zone, avoiding the other player tagged him/her.A team win a point if a player brings the tissue to the team zone or if a player tags the player who brings the tissue.

3. SPANISH TRADITIONAL GAME

(TISSUE)

"PAÑUELİTO"

A kid is in front of the wall, he doesn't watch and says: "One, two, three....STAR!" Other kids run to the wall. The first kid looks at the others: they can't move! Who is moving will come back! Kids will win only if they touch the wall.

Players must catch as many children as possible with the colour of the tail announced by the leader.
