Se contrata personal capacitado a empresa externa para la cual se estipula presupuesto de 10 millones duración 5 dias. Se compra materiales para la construcción con presupuesto de 20 millones para un tiempo de 20 dias Se proyecta generación del espacio para la ejecución del proyecto para esto se presuouesta 15 millones para un tiempo de 10 dias.
