Fitzgerald's death

Death

His lifeless body was found drunk and exhausted the 21st of December in 1940 in Hollywood, California, in frony of his typewriter. His body was transferred by rail to be buried at Saint's Mary next to his paternal family but the opposition of the Catholic hierarchy, due to Fitzgerald's non-practicing condition, forced him tinto a long exile in the Cemetery Rockville Civil.

Grave

An exquisite writer and lover of luxury, Scott Fitzgerald lies in a small cemetery surrounded by shopping centres where the incessant noise of a highway intersection has replaced the "jazz" that set his novel
