INTRODUCTION TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
Why do we need to invest in development and training by an EBMO?
Development and training encompass a range of on-the-job and off-the-job methods for employees to acquire new knowledge, skills and behaviours. This process should flow from the business strategy and aim to produce a plan for ensuring human resource capabilities that will sustain current and future business performance. A clear, systematic and continual identification of how development and training needs relate to Performance Gaps is critical for ensuring that there is effective learning throughout the organization.
