it means rompere/spezzare

EXAMPLE: crack an egg ---> ho rotto un uovo

MELT:

it means sciogliere

EXAMPLE: i melt a choccolate ---> ho sciolto il cioccolato

SPREAD:

it means spalmare

EXAMPLE: i pread the nutella on the bread ---> ho spalmato la nutella nel pane
