Our MEETING IN BUDAPEST

Magyar Rektori Konferencia

The Hungarian Rectors’ Conference was established 30 years ago and represents all HEIs in the country. Its primary task is torepresent the higher education institutions and to protect their interests in any issue with relevance to higher education at nationaland international level.

Our Updates

Magyar Rektori Konferencia, our host, welcomed the rest of the participants and reviewed the agenda for this meeting. Afterwards, we reviewed the status of each of the results. All of them are already underway. We talked about what was done and what remained to be done. Finally, we reviewed the issues related to the overall management and implementation of the project. The next meeting will be held at the beginning of September 2023 in Riga (Latvia).

Pro Work

Pro Work is a centre of excellence established in The Netherlands. It was a direct result of the activities from partners in several projects. A broad range of methods, instruments and techniques has been developed by a consortium existing of companies, regional training centres, government, target group representatives, sectoral representatives and knowledge centres.

The testing is done using the baseline tests generated from the questionnaires developed. All the questionnaires have a similar difficulty level to be able to detect the evolution of learning. Baseline tests are available in all the languages of the project, and they provide data to allow teachers to focus on the areas where their students need more improvement, and to select resources to develop focus on those areas with lower results. Transferability of the result is quite right away, as it could be used by any education faculty working in any of the project languages, and innovation is that teachers will have information, twice a year, on how their class is improving concerning digital competences.
