Par maque d'opportunités d'éducation dans les bonne sécoles ou par incomplétude des formations, certains demandeurs d'emplois sont marginalisés sur le marché du travail. DOnc ils s'en éloignent
Via des modules de base délivrés à distance (equipement necessaire des éléves chez eux), Utiko ambitionne de booster les profils des élèves et leur offrir une chance d'intégrer le marché du travail.
L'idée est de permettre à un demandeur d'emploi ayant un niveau Lycée au minimum d'augmenter son adaptabilité sur le marché du travail via une formation complémentaire. Cette formation est délivrée par des expérimentés au Sénégal et à l'étranger en ligne
