COMPRESSION

INSUFFLATION

Hold the nose with the index finger and thumb.

Place hands in the center of the chest.

Check if they are breathing.

Verbal stimulation

If they are not breathing, call 118.

Give 2 mouth-to-mouth breaths.

Intertwine our hands one on top of the other.
