Reset for Grade Improvement
Catch-up Plan
If you have no overdue work contributing to a failing projected grade then you may be interested in resetting some work to receive a better grade and thus improving your overall grade. If this is the case, please do as follows: 1. Go to you gradebook and look for any assignments that may be a 0% or any assessments (quizzes, tests, or projects) that are below a 70%. 2. Review the assignments that need to be reset so you are aware of what need to be fixed or where an answer may have been wrong. 3. Contact Ms. Galley using one of the methods on the last page to ask to have any of those assignments reset.
This is an alternative assignment that will allow you to more efficiently engage with the content in a timely manner, the steps to complete it are as follows: 1. Complete the Unit Assessment(s) that you have overdue. They will be in an open-note format or have the completed guided notes in them. 2. Go to the daily guided lessons in the unit. You will click the confirmation button and then submit. 3. There will be live classroom days that MUST be complete and submitted. They will be worth bonus points on assessments.
If you would like to recieve or review a catch-up plan or discuss what work can be reset to improve your grade, it is important that we meet to discus these options. Please follow the link on the last page to schedule a meeting as soon as possible.
