TY BUSINESS
Low life expectancy in Chad, as in any other country, has a series of consequences that affect the population and society in general. These are some of the possible consequences:
Chad is a country in Central Africa that, with its more than 15.4 million inhabitants, is one of the places in the world with the lowest life expectancy being just of 54 years average. Low life expectancy in Chad and other developing countries is often the result of a combination of complex factors. Here are some reasons ,that may contribute to low life expectancy in Chad.
Once one of the largest lakes in Africa, is in danger. The lake is shared by Cameroon, Chad, Niger and Nigeria. The surface of the lake has gone from 26,000 square kilometers in 1963 to less than 1,500 square kilometers nowadays .In the 1960s, the lake was home to around 135 species of fish and fishermen caught 200,000 metric tons of fish each year, providing an important source of food and income.Currently ,as the lake is disappearing, the lack of food continues to increase, causing thousands of people to die of hunger each year.

Infectious diseases
The prevalence of infectious diseases, such as hepatitis, malaria and other diseases, can be high in some regions of Chad. These diseases can have a significant impact on the health of the population and reduce life expectancy, and unlike in other countries, Covid-19 continues to affect the people of Chad on a daily basis.
INTRODUCTION
Chad, located in north-central Africa, is a diverse country with a rich cultural history and a population composed of diverse ethnic groups. It borders Libya, Sudan, the Central African Republic, Cameroon, Nigeria and Niger. Its capital is N'Djamena.

Socio-economic factors, such as poverty, limited access to education and economic hardship, can also contribute to low life expectancy. These factors are interrelated and create an environment in which it is difficult for the population to maintain good health over time.
Food insecurity and malnutrition are persistent problems in Chad. Lack of access to nutritious food can negatively affect the health status of the population, especially among children. One in seven children die before their fifth birthday, according to the UN. In addition, , one of the world's largest sources of water and food, has lost more than 90% of its surface area in recent decades due to overuse of water, prolonged drought and the impacts of climate change.

Conflicts
and humanitarian crisis
Chad has experienced internal conflicts and faced humanitarian crises over the years, which can have a devastating impact on the health and well-being of the population, negatively affecting life expectancy. In addition, Chad is the fourth most corrupt country in the world. This is due to the fact that it has been under a dictatorship for almost three decades, in which repression and corruption are rife.
