Audio

Share your audio, such as audio from a video you're playing, with participants.Share audio by: 1. Click Share Screen 2. Click Share Sound OR 1. Share Screen 2. Click More (3 dots) 3. Click Share Sound

Muting

Mute a participant who is accidentally off mute and causing a distractionMute a participant by: 1. Click Participants 2. Find their name (this should be easy to do since participants who are unmuted will appear at the top) 3. Click mute

Participants

Remove a participant who is causing a distraction or doesn't leave at the end of a meeting.Remove a participant by: 1. Click Participants 2. Click the 3 dots next to their name 3. Click remove

Doorbell

The doorbell will alert you when participants join or leave your meeting. Turn the doorbell feature on or off: 1. Login to your Zoom account 2. Click Settings 3. Click In Meeting (Basic) 4. Toggle "sound notification when someone joins or leaves" on or off

Polls

Create a poll to share with participants.Create a poll in Zoom: 1. Click More (3 dots) 2. Click Polls 3. Click + Create a poll in the web browser/settings: 1. Click on the Surveys tab 2. Click Polls and Quizzes 3. Click Create How to Launch a Poll: 1. Click More (3 dots) 2. Click Polls 3. Click Launch 4. Click End Poll 5. Click Share Results
