Develop Online Recruitment Website For HR

- First, the human resources department will create vacancies that the company needs - Job applicants will go to the company's website to find a job position that matches their abilities and skills. Next, the job applicant needs to log in to the website to submit their cv. - The human resources department can view the cv and can reject or accept the candidate if suitable for this position - When an employee of the human resources department accepts a candidate, this employee can select an employee to interview this candidate. The interviewer and the recruitment employee must be in the same department. - The interviewing staff will schedule an interview with the candidate. After the interview is completed, this staff will go to the system and send the results to the candidate.
