Affirmative form

Subject + Base Verb (s/es for third person singular)

(He, She, It) She plays tennis every Saturday

Negative form

Subject + Do not/Does not + Base Verb

(He, She, It) She does not play tennis every Saturday
(I, You, We, They) Do they play tennis every Saturday?

introgative form

Wh-word (do/does) + Subject + Base Verb + ?

NOTE!!!
