Complete and Submit Assignments for each Phase of Training. For this Phase 3, Collaboration and Reading to Learn, upload your Focused Notes using the Google Form linked to the star. Your notes should include the five activities listed below:

Slide 2. Participate in a Philosophical Chair, Small Group Discussion, or Quickwrite: Spend the majority of your time on Statement behind #3.

Slide 3. What do Good Readers Do? Record at least one thing that good readers do for each category listed in the notes.

Slides 4-29. 3-Column Notes Organizer: Include notes about the distinctions among each of the 3 phases in this space of your focused notes. You may consider steps and strategies that you currently use or ones that you would like to add to your instructional toolkit.
