Schedule

A yellow slot is cover for annual leave. Clear the yellow colour if you can do it. If you can't do it, mark it red and add a comment about swap times.

The Master Plan is where you see current schedules for the drop in room.

Drop in visits is where you record staff visits to the drop in room for that hour.

The Fixed Schedule contains 2 weeks of weekly schedules that form the basis of the Master Plan. These are changed several times a year and to accommodate staff changes.

The Annual Leave sheet records (surprise!) annual leave so the scheduler is aware of slots you can't staff.
