RESEARCH
PROCESS
The research process has allowed me to focus pedagogical practice on the search for answers to different questions within the educational process of the English foreign language. I have reviewed theoretical references that support the objective of the research, and I have expressed new ideas, teaching strategies, and the design of materials for the effectiveness of instruction.
methodogical
framework
The research will be carried out using the qualitative approach method, this will allow more detailed information to be gathered about the research. This research method allows us to obtain a better understanding of social interactions, as it collects data on lived experiences, emotions, or behaviors and the meanings that individuals provide, in this case, in each English teaching session for the English III course.

Participant observation: within each class session a participant observation process will be implemented, where different aspects can be identified to evaluate the effectiveness of the resources designed for the class, such as the interest it generates in the students, and the level of participation, its effectiveness for the development of speech in English and others. Content analysis: each of the class recordings will be considered to carry out a detailed analysis of the procedures adopted in each session and the strategies implemented within the classroom.

Expected results
of research
The expected results focused on the students' oral production skills at the end of the pedagogical practice period. It was expected to achieve better fluency in speech, greater confidence on the part of the students, improved understanding of the contents, and greater comfort within the development of each session. Of course, leave a mark on the assigned group of students.
results
Regarding the results obtained, it can be seen that the students strengthened their speaking skills, improved fluency, and pronunciation, and deepened the content shared within each session. At the end of the meetings, the students expressed great gratitude for the work done, the mentioned that it had been a great learning experience for them.

CONCLUSION
AND FINDINGS
Designing the material and resources for the class allows the student's level of understanding of the content to be higher, at the same time, it gives the student the possibility of exploring the content learned in different contexts of the foreign language English.
It must orient the content to different scenarios and facilitate the process of understanding the content.

REFLECTION
OF THE RESEARCH PROJECT
I think that designing the material for the class should be a commitment of the teacher, it is a way to capture the characteristics of the classroom in different activities and resources that help strengthen the process of understanding the contents and facilitate instruction. When exclusive material is designed for the class, it is easier to achieve the expected objectives and the learning results are greater, helping to strengthen the skills and develop necessary competencies in students.
The process that has been carried out allows us to corroborate the importance of the design of resources to achieve learning objectives within the classroom. I think that the work that has been done allows us to recognize the exact point of the result that can be obtained if this type of teaching strategy is applied within the classroom.

Pedagogical Practice in Online Environments
Main features of Research
This research was developed in a virtual learning environment at UNAD University. Two groups of students from the English III course have been selected to carry out 10 speaking sessions to improve oral skills in English as a foreign language. Classes were taught twice a week for each group of students.
The dynamics of the process were carried out for 5 weeks, previously the design of activities, resources, and class plans was carried out, to achieve greater effectiveness in the use of time. The meetings with the students were held through TEAMS and had an average time of 2 hours each.
It is expected that through this research process, it will be possible to identify the importance of the design of materials and the use of ICT to improve students' speaking skills.
Specifics:
Objectives
- Conduct an analysis of the selected population in the virtual scenario to identify characteristics, strengths, and weaknesses within the teaching-learning process that is being implemented.
- Identify effective strategies for the design of materials within the virtual classroom, which allows for strengthening students' speaking skills.
- Recognize the difficulties that may arise within an English-speaking session to keep this in mind when designing educational resources.
General:
Identify the best way to plan and design materials that allow strengthening speaking skills within the learning processes of English as a Second Language, through the design and implementation of resources designed according to a selected population within a virtual education environment with the idea of demonstrating its effectiveness.
GROUPS IN CHARGE
- 2 English-speaking groups of the English III course.
- 18 students (male and female gender)
- Students assigned are from different geographical areas of the country
- Students's ages range between 20 and 40 years old, and they carry out different activities and jobs outside the educational environment.
- English level: BASIC
FINDINGS
The design and planning of materials and resources must focus on the competencies, skills, and objectives that are expected to be achieved by the students. In this case, the skill is oral production, so the designed materials expected conversational participation with the student as a product, between tutor and classmates, in this way, exercising the student's communication skills daily.
