- She is believed to have been 26 when she married Shakespeare.
- She was three months pregnant on their wedding day!
- She had three children, Susanna (1583) and twins, Judith and Hamnet (1585)
- She was married to William until his death in 1616.
- In his will, William left he 'second best bed' to Anne, which would have been the marriage bed.
- The best bed was reserved for guests.
- Not much is known about Anne and William's relationship
- Anne died in 1623.
Judith (Shakespeare) Quiney
Younger daughter of William Shakespeare and Anne Hathaway
- Exact date of birth unknown, baptized on February 2, 1585
- Twin sister of Hamnet
- Named after a family friend, Judith Sadler
- Married Thomas Quiney in 1616 at age 31.
- There was scandal regarding her marriage when her husband's lover, Margaret Wheeler, gave birth to a son one month after his marriage to Judith. Neither Margaret or the baby survived.
- In his will, William Shakespeare left Judith £150 and a silver gilt bowl. If she and her children survived another three years, they would receive more money.
- She received less than Susanna
- She had three sons between 1616 and 1620, all died before reaching adulthood.

Eldest daughter of William Shakespeare and Anne Hathaway
- Born six months after her parents' marriage
- Baptised May 26, 1583.
- Married a physician named John Hall at Holy Trinity Church on June 5, 1607
- Had one child, Elizabeth, on February 21, 1608.
- Likely was educated and literate
- John and Susanna were the executors of his will and were left the bulk of his estate, including his home, New Place.
- Likely was involved in the compilation of the First Folio!
- In 1643 she received two notable visitors.
- James Cooke - published Hall's Select Observations on English Bodies in 1657 - this was based on her husband's medical casebooks
- Queen Henrietta Maria, wife of King Charles I, who stayed for three days.
- Died on July 11, 1649 at age 66. She is buried beside her husband at Holy Trinity Church in Stratford-upon-Avon.

- Baptised February 7, 1585
- Twin of Judith
- Named after a family friend, Hamnet Sadler
- Died at age 11. Buried at Holy Trinity Church in Stratford-upon-Avon on August 11, 1596.
- Cause of death is unknown.
- It is unknown whether his father attended his funeral.
