Medea's author is Euripides, he was born in Atenas in the 484 a.C

Euripides was a very important Greek poet.

He has so many plays but there are ones very importants:
  • Medea
  • Las troyanas
  • Electra
This three plays are very popular.

Summary of medea

Medea, hurt by jealousy over her husband Jason's second marriage to Glauce, decides to kill her rival and her own children to take revenge on Jason, and flees with their corpses in Helios' chariot to the sacred forest of Hera, in Athens.
