Dieses halbmondförmige lettische Gebäck ist mit Zwiebeln und gehacktem Speck gefüllt. Besonders zu besonderen Anlässen wie der Sommersonnenwende werden diese teigigen Leckereien als Snack gegessen und sind unwiderstehlich flockig.
