As amateur programmers with no prior experience in the technology sector, we have chosen to kickstart our careers as trainees in a company. Our primary mission is to swiftly acquire knowledge with the expectation of securing a position within a short timeframe. It is crucial to acknowledge that, in our current role as trainees, we recognize ourselves at the initial rung of the career ladder.

Having successfully secured a job, we now function as regular team members, contributing to a technological project. Our supervisor has extended an invitation for us to consider applying for his position. However, certain conditions need careful consideration, including the necessity to undertake a leadership course that holds implications for our future role as a supervisor.

In our current role within the company, we navigate through numerous extra hours, engage in continuous learning through new courses in artificial intelligence, accumulating extensive knowledge of internal and external processes. Recognizing our dedication, the current general manager has presented us with a unique opportunity to pursue a Master's degree in algorithms and coding. The company commits to covering the entire cost over a span of 3 to 4 years, with the condition that we remain with the company for an additional 4 years.

Having successfully completed our Master's degree and undergone significant personal and professional growth within the company, we are now drawing attention from foreign enterprises. During the process of sending out our curriculum vitae, we have identified the promising prospect of ascending to the position of CEO within our current organization.
