People Readiness Learning Activities

PEOPLE READINESS LEARNING ACTIVITIES

These training activities help equip and prepare staff when Program Cycle Adoption begins.

Leader as Coach

  • A highly interactive “peer learning*” workshop that incorporates plenary and small groups to help participants understand, develop, and practice coaching skills. Small groups with the assistance of an experienced facilitator, allow the participants to practice and receive feedback on areas of strength and development to grow their coaching skills. Peer coaching groups are established for post-program accountability and continued feedback and coaching practice.
PCA Skills Development Workshop
  • To equip Phase 2 & 3 Managers to develop new capabilities in CFT team members and provide developmental tasks.
Leading Teams Through Change
  • This workshops provides time and space for the eNLT to reflect on their role in leading their teams to adoption of Program Cycle -- and not just completion of key activities. This workshops creates alignment among the eNLT on key PCA messages, including roles expectations to implement and adopt Program Cycle. ENLT will be provided with simple and practical tools to use as they lead teams through PCA and a template to create their own Leader Plans for their teams.
