Learner's Guide
This guide will walk you through the main features of the Neocase E-learning platform.
1. Registration
When you receive the invitation e-mail, click on Activate your account to log in to the platform NB: remember to check your spam for this first contact and add our shipping address to your contact list!

2. Sign up
Define your login and password to create your account, then click on Create account.
Complete your profile with a photo, and choose your preferences, including the language in which you'd like to set up the platform. You can find and modify these settings from your home page, by clicking on the round icon at the top right of your screen, then on Personal Settings.

3. Path overview
Welcome to the main page of your learning path comprising multiple courses! To start a course, click on the Start button.

4. Start a course
Your learning path comprises multiple steps. Click on the step of your choice, following the recommended order, or define your own order. You can review a completed course at any time. Click on Start to launch the first activity.

5. Follow a course
The table of contents of your course is displayed in the left-hand column. Each activity has one or more slides, which you can scroll through using the arrows. The Next activity button allows you to move forward in the learning course.

6. Understanding dynamic courses
Some slides include interactive bullets to discover additional content. To identify all available interactions, click on the button in the top right-hand corner of the slide. Most courses include quizzes to mobilize acquired knowledge. Play along!

7. Human interactions are the core of learning
Each activity comes with a forum on which you can interact. You can tag fellow learners (use the “@” key before their name) and use Reactions.
If you find a comment posted on the forum offensive, you can report it to the administrators by clicking on the 3 dots at the top right of the comment:
At the end of each activity, share your thoughts with the author!

8. At the end of each course
Win your first achievement! You can win achievements by:
- following courses,
- responding to comments in courses,
- reacting.

9. Accessing personal analytics
From the homepage, go and click on your profile icone at the top-right corner then click on Results.

10. Interacting within your learning community
You can access your learning communityvia the Groups box on the Homepage. On each group you belong to, you can post messages and comment on previous publications.

11. Get certified
Once you've completed your assigned path and followed all the courses - or reviewed them if necessary - answer the questions to obtain your Neocase certification!
