Think 25 and Accountabilty Training

  • Vikki currently working on updating the training post SL fail
  • L & D team will make T21 to T25 changes in all exisiting training
  • Awaiting images from marketing to swap out shop fronts/counters etc with T25
  • Time will be spent with all affected HO departments to ensure fully compliant
  • Training to shops 24th June on Learning Hub for one month (go live currently aiming for 29th July)

  • Feedback from shop teams is positive
  • L & D Calender has been shared with deadlines.

Succession Plan Progress

  • 99% of Professional Discussions have been completed
  • Email colleagues with confirmed dates by EOW
  • Could Area Teams help with Stay Overs and Travel arrangements - Mal Maison (suggested Hotel)
  • Those on Succession Plan and SSBT Trial will have 2 consecutive days in Manchester (planned that way)

  • Early September start
  • Train the Trainer sessions 15/8 & 12/9 in SPH
  • Area Manager and Support
  • Attendee Form - Confirm attendance & Dietary Requirements.
  • Once completed will email confirmation

  • April & May requests went by email - 7 responses
  • Trial Text request this month - 14 responses in 3 days.

  • Request feedback from colleagues at 4 weeks to identify potential early issues.

  • Info/time spent from CS and References to identify where staff are making unnecessary calls due to lack of knowledge
  • KB/VS to spend some time in HO to undestand more

  • Looking at producing Security Modules to sit on the Learning Hub (2 modules - procedures and cash control)
  • Not compulsary - can be used post investigation or disciplinary or where issues/concerns are identified
