Il 23 Luglio l'Austria Lancia un Ultimatum al governo Serbo, gli Austriaci ritengono poi la risposta inappropriata e il 28 Luglio dichiarano guerra ai Serbi.
La guerra diventa mondiale
i governi entrarono in guerra pensando che la guerra sarebbe stata veloce, ma non fu così. Il conflitto si estese in Serbia, Russia,Prussia Germania, Francia e Giappone.

L'Italia entra in guerra a fianco dell'intesa, dopo un lungo tempo di esitazione. Da una parte avevamo gli interventisti, che volevano l'entrata dell'Italia in guerra. E i neutralisti che erano appunto della neutralità.

La battaglia di Caporetto è uno scontro combattuto sul fronte Italiano dall'esercito austro-ungarico e Tedesco contro quello italiano
L'uscita della Russia e l'ingresso degli Stati Uniti
La Russia si ritrova indebolita su molti fronti, perciò è costretta ad uscire dalla guera. Gli Stati Uniti invece entrano in guerra per motivi idealisti.
Fine della guerra
La Guerra finisce, la Germania perde e viene accusata di essere la causa dello scoppio del conflitto la quale viene sottoposta a dei trattati Umilianti. I trattati di Versailles stabilirono anche altre cose come la disgregazione dell'impero Ottomano.
