Thesis : Getting a better education will benefit your income, children, health and life expectancy.

Thesis : The lack of education in different countries and communities due to factors out of there control.

the authors chose to write about similar topics, but not the same topic. Humanium chose to write about the cause of poor education, while new public heath chose to compare different education levels.

multimodal elements: This text used no multimodal elements, but I still enjoyed reading it. I liked how the author showed their statistics without adding graphs or charts.
multimodal elements: This text used lots of multimodal elements. I liked the way that the charts and graphs were in the same color pallet. But I think I would have preferred the information in a written format.

The two authors decided to provide the information for their text in two different ways. Humanium chose to not use multimodal and to write all of their statistics. While new public heath put their statistics into graphs.
