• Design and apply survey to all employees - Work environment and Psychosocial Risk (setting, social aspect, physical conditions)
• |Develop action plans according to results

EVIDENCE-BASED PROGRAM TO ADDRESS NEEDS First teaching ourselves about self-control and self-regulation, and then teaching children. Students: Encuentros de afectividad, attention routes, socioemotional skills (SEL curriculum), CB Values Parents: Workshops with counselors, Principal's Coffees, TEd Talks, Virtual Conferences about well-being, use of media, workshops about parenting, diversity, equity, inclusion (DEI). Work on contractual civil liability (legal obligations). Teaching and Non-teaching staff participation
