My SMART Short-Term Goal
I would like to earn my associates in business administration within the next two years as it will allow me to further my educational understanding with expanding my own businesses and widen my opportunities.
My goal is relevant as it directly relates to me running my own businesses and will expand my knowledge in those fields.
My goal is measurable as it will be completed when I finish my degree.

Earning my degree will help me grow my own businesses and expand my opportunities for success.
My goal has a specific length of time (2 years) in order for me to stay on track.
My SMART Long-Term Goal
I would like to expand my small businesses over the next ten years from their current state of occasional sales into larger sustainable businesses that allow me to take them on as a full-time job while living comfortably.
My goal is measurable as when I am able to work on these businesses full-time without having to work another job in order to live comfortably, I will have completed my goal.
I have always wanted to run my own business and the completion of my degree will help me further my chances along this path.

By having multiple businesses that I divide my time into, I am hoping my chances of them reaching a livable wage for me will be higher.
My goal is realistic and something I have been working for and am prepared to continue working towards.

The Process of Completing my Goals
By already having started my college degree and the beginning stages of some of my businesses, I have set myself up to accomplish my goals at a faster and more successful rate.
While completing my degree, I am currently still working on my business and saving money from my job to put towards my goals as needed.
After my first goal is complete, I will continue to work on my business and hopefully eventually expand more from the occasional sales that I am making currently, to consistent enough sales for me to take these businesses on as a full-time job.
Once I complete my degree, I will have more knowledge in my related field of study to help me with the process of maintaining and running my business.
