Upcoming Winter Break Office Closure
The CRIMSI Support Team offices will be closed for a winter break from December 18, 2023, to January 2, 2024. Emails received during that window will receive a response after January 2, 2024. Flex consultations and mid-year consultations will not take place during this time.
Miss the original deadline? Qualify for a mid-pilot stipend disbursement in February 2024 by completing any and all outstanding Onboarding deliverables by January 12, 2024.
Mid-Pilot Stipend Disbursements
Eligible participants who submitted the Stipend Survey by the deadline will receive their December stipend disbursement on December 14, 2023 (plese allow up to 10 business days to post in the banking account).

Stipend-eligible participants can now benefit from role-specific Stipend Quick Guides designed to keep them on course throughout the pilot. These guides aid participants in submitting outstanding onboarding deliverables and planning for a successful pilot journey.
The TEA is interested in learning more about your perspective on CRIMSI and your opinions about HQIM products. If you are willing to take part in a 20-minute 1:1 interview via Google Meet, please complete the 1:1 Interview Sign Up Form to let us know of your availability.
Important Note: Selected participants will be compensated for their time. Not all who sign up will be selected to participate.
The TEA is developing a digital platform that centralizes access to high-quality instructional materials for all Texans. To ensure the creation of a system that best meets the needs of educators, the agency has partnered with the U.S. Digital Response (USDR) to conduct interviews with teachers. CRIMSI participants interested in the opportunity to participate are encouraged to complete the User Experience Interviews – Interest Form by Friday, December 15, 2023.

Review the CRIMSI Deliverables Dashboard to monitor participant engagement in high-quality professional learning.
Use the Vision Walk Tool to identify trends across multiple classrooms.
Throughout the CRIMSI Pilot, leaders will engage in progress monitoring cycles focused on continuous improvement and fidelity of implementation for HQIM pilot products. The progress monitoring cycle leaders will engage in likely mirrors existing processes in districts and campuses. However, in these progress monitoring cycles, we ask leaders to use CRIMSI tools. During the progress monitoring cycle, leaders will:
Progress monitoring cycles occur between Progress Meeting Sessions on a six-week cycle.
Best Practices
Analyze progress monitoring data/artifacts with the Implementation Team to identify trends, patterns, barriers, and next steps.
Collect additional artifacts of HQIM implementation, such as student work samples, CRIMSI coach observations, and curriculum-embedded assessment data.

Required Mid-Year Consultations are underway and will be held through December 15, 2023, and resuming from January 4, 2024, through January 26, 2024. Leaders receive personalized support and consulting around key implementation areas based on data from pilot participation, engagement, and leader dashboard information. Register now using the following link.
