What is matter?
Matter is any subtance that has mass and takes up space by having volume. It can be found in different states:
- Solid
- Liquid
- Gas
- Plasma
- Bose-Einstein condensate
- Quark-Gluon plasma
- Degenerate

What is the electricity?
Electricity is the set of physical phenomena associated with the presence and motion of matter that has a property of electric charge. It´s measured in volts.

Relationship
E=mc2
According to Einstein, matter and energy are "the two sides of the same coin".Matter is basically a highly concentrated form of neutral energy, which can be unleased by the chemical reactions of a experiment.

Luigi Galvani
Luigi Galvani was born in Bologna, Italy, on September 9, 1737, and died on December 4, 1798. He was a doctor, physiologist and physicist, who deciphered the electrical nature of galvanization, founding electrochemical engineering that studies electric batteries in addition to discovering the nervous impulse, founding biophysics.
HIS EXPERIMENT
Luigi's experiment
In his experiments on electricity and frogs, Luigi Galvani imagined that the frog's muscle and nerve acted like the two sides of a Leyden jar. Establishing a circuit between them allows the discharge of 'animal electricity' analogous to the artificial electricity of the jar.
Animal motion resulted from distributions of charges in nerves that would, when sufficiently strong, discharge relative to muscles and causethem to contract. To Galvani, the frog comprised an ensemble of capacitors. Electricity created and used by animal bodies for this purpose constituted 'animal electricity.'
