Child Abuse Cases

My topic is child abuse cases, child abuse is a horrifying and disgusting subject in this world.

Introduction

What are the worst child abuse cases?

There are so many different child abuse cases, one of the most horrifying ones, is a four year old little girl named Teghan Skiba,who was totured and terorized for 10 whole days. This happened in a shed behind the house she lived in, and this happened by her mother's boyfriend; Jonathan Douglas Richardson. One of the worst parts of this case is Teghan's mother was training with the army reserves. What is so sickening, and absolutely disgusting about Johnathan is while getting arrested he kept a smirk on his face as if him toturing a 4 year old girl is funny, while a smirk still on his face, he was mocking the officers by saying "what are yall gonna do? tie me down and cut me up?" Johnathan Douglas Richardson is a heartless human being for doing this. Sadly 3 days after being admitted to the hospital, Teghan passed away. This is just one of the most horrifying cases that have happened.

Is CPS involved in all cases? Have many have failed?

CPS does not get involved in every child abuse case, but many cases that cps did take part in have failed. For example, Gabriel Fernandez, he was a very young boy who had a mother with a terrible boyfriend, who was named Isauro Aguirre. This man did not like Gabriel, and he made that very clear by forcing Gabriel to stay in a very little box, the size of a cabinet, while keeping him in there, Isauro also made Gabriel eat cat litter, and if he didnt eat that, Gabriel's mother, and her boyfriend would starve him. They would whip, beat, shoot him with bb guns, punch and do much more things to poor Gabriel,simply only because Isauro did not like Gabriel. CPS was called by his teacher because of the horrible marks on Gabriel. CPS did not do anything about this, the sad part about this is Gabriel was only 8 years old, so he could not do anything about what his mother and her horrible boyfriend was doing to him. They ended up going to the hospital telling the docter that gabriel "fell in the shower", the doctors were very suspicious because they found that he has a broken skull, multiple rib fractures, a bb in his lung, various bruises, cuts all over him, and burns from his mother and her boyfriend putting their ciggarettes on gabriel. All of this information shows that a lot of child abuse cases that got cps involved have failed.

What happens to the kids if they dont pass away?

There are some kids go to foster care, but sometimes it can be the problem. Foster care can take the childeren who are getting abused away from whoever is hurting them, but sometimes the kids who get put into it can be getting harmed by the people who take them in. For example, some kids can be put into foster care but not be getting hurt by their parents, just by foster care. On the other hand, Some childeren pass away from child abuse, which is very,very sad. This concludes that certain cases the kids may pass away, but those who dont,and get put into care services can be harmed by foster care but some may not.

Conclusion!

All of this information concludes that child abuse is a very monsterous subject in this world, there are many heartless people among us.
