Conclusion
The food wheel can helps us improve our diet as it provides guidance on what foods to eat more of and which foods to cut back on. It shows the different food groups and how much of each we need to have a healthy diet. Eating the right amount from each food group is called eating a "balanced" diet. Eating well is important for all of us.
MEAT AND PROTEINS NUTRITIONAL VALUE
Meats such as chicken, pork, lamb and beef are all rich in protein. Red meat provides us with iron, zinc and B vitamins. Meat is one of the main sources of vitamin B12 in the diet..
