MILK AND DAIRY PRODUCTS NUTRITIONAL VALUE

Both full-fat and non/low-fat dairy foods can be good sources of protein, calcium, B vitamins, and vitamin D. Milk and milk products are an excellent source of vitamins and minerals, particularly calcium. Milk has significant amounts of vitamin A and B vitamins, but is a poor source of vitamin C and vitamin E.
