Ending
Sophie and the Big Friendly Giant convince the Queen of England and the British army to stop the evil giants. They use a magical dream to transport the giants to a distant island where they can't harm anyone else. In the end, Sophie stays in the palace with the Queen, and the BFG returns home but promises to visit her in dreams.
