Hub and Alarm Panel

Our hub is like the brain of our security system—it connects all of our sensors to our monitoring stations. And our alarm panel allows access and control exactly what the system does. The hub is equipped with Cellular and Ethernet communication, this means that the customers can choose to connect it via ethernet and cellular serves as a backup.The alarm panel offers complete control of a smart security system from anywhere in the premises. Arm and disarm the system, control smart devices and initiate scenes all from the alarm panels. Plus, the features available on the app are also the same features they have for the touchpad.

Door and Window Sensor

The Door/Window Sensor can be programmed as a window or a door interchangeably. The Sensor comes with 2 Components. The bigger piece is the actual sensor that houses the sensor's chip and batteries. The smaller piece houses a magnet that works with the sensor to read open or closed depending on the distance between the two pieces.

Differences:When the system is armed and doors are opened, it triggers a countdown allowing the customer to disarm the system before the alarm goes off. Window sensors automatically trigger the alarm once opened.

Motion Detector

The motion detector is intended as a second line of defense. It uses passive infrared (PIR) to detect body heat and movement. By default, this sensor will only function in an "Armed - Away" mode.

Motion sensors can view for 45 feet at a 90-degree angle. When placed in the corner of a room, this covers most homes’ living rooms without blind spots. Our motion detectors are also pet-friendly up to 35-55.

Glassbreak Detector

The glass break sensor uses a microphone to hear certain sound frequencies emitted by glass when it breaks, cracks, or shatters within a roughly 15-foot open-air radius of the device.

When using a glass break sensor in combination with door/window sensors, there are next to no holes in a customer's security system, and they can move forward with the confidence that they will always know if someone is trying to enter their home without permission.

Smoke Detector

The Smoke Detector uses advanced algorithms and a sophisticated photo-electric optical sensor to improve the detection of smoke particles created by some synthetic materials when they burn. Because this Smoke Detector measures the smoke particles in the air we recommend NOT installing the sensor near an air vent or areas within the home that experience drafts or air currents that contain particles which could result in a false alarm.

This piece of equipment is critical for protecting your home. Unlike traditional smoke detectors, our Smoke Detector alerts you and the monitoring station automatically in the event of a fire. If your alarm is disarmed, this sensor remains ready to diligently protect you and your loved ones.

Flood/Freeze Sensor

The Flood + Freeze sensor has two environmental detection components. Cold weather can cause water pipes to freeze or even burst—causing major flood damage to our customers’ homes. Our water leak detector notifies our customers the second their home temperature drops to 41 degrees, so you can prevent problems before they start.

Flood is the highest claimed catastrophe for home insurance. And therefore, holds the record for saving customers the most money in case of emergencies and in monthly insurance costs. If triggered, a dispatch can be requested but is not sent automatically to avoid false dispatches for small easy to resolve issues (like a leaky sink) .

Security Key Remote

These sensors use radio signals to disarm or arm the system within a range of 100-120 feet from the panel indoors, or up to 300 feet if you are outdoors. This sensor works the same way as a car remote.

Our key remotes don't just arm and disarm the system, they can also be used as panic buttons with the S.O.S feature to get quicker dispatches to a customer's home.

Medical Pendant

These sensors use radio signals to trigger an alarm when the button is pressed within a range of 100-120 feet from the panel indoors, or up to 300 feet if you are outdoors.

These sensors help protect your loved ones. This is best when you have elderlies at home; press and hold the button, emergeny assistance will then be requested.

Secondary Siren

The Secondary Siren sounds an additional audible alarm external to the Hub or Alarm Panel. It can be placed to reach areas of your home where the sirens from the Hub and Alarm Panel cannot be heard. Customers can use more than one siren for their system. We do limit the number of sirens you can have with your system as each one sounds an alarm of up to 85 dB within a 10-foot radius, so depending on the size of the home or residence, one might be sufficient.

The secondary siren sounds an additional audible alarm at 85dB which helps notify you in emergencies. Customers can use more than one siren for your home!

Eufy Indoor Camera

The camera has a built-in pan and tilt function to view almost 360 degrees. You can adjust the speed at which the camera rotates and set a default viewing location as well as a “private” location for the camera to point at while it is in privacy mode.With a MicroSD card inserted into the camera, you have the ability to record continuously and access previously recorded footage. The oldest footage automatically erases once the SD card is full. *SD card not included with the camera.

Eufy Outdoor Camera

With an IP67 weatherproof rating, this camera stands up to rain, snow, and heat, so no matter where you live, you know you can count on it. A built-in solar panel ensures that as long as the sun shines for a couple of hours, this camera won’t need to be recharged. And when you’re getting a lot of rainy days and long nights, the battery will make sure your camera keeps recording, keeping you in the know.

The 1080P battery doorbell is our second version of the battery doorbell.
