- One Person (myself) leading Burman Perm
- 2nd Senior (Vinny) leading Burman Contract and Solutions
- Each lead specializes in their own market
- Ensures Efficiency and Accuracy
- As the business grows, each Lead builds their own team, specializing them to be the best at their own market
- Similar Trajectory to our consultants - Each department has its own specialist allowing them to be the best at what they do in the market they are in.

- As well as Personal development, allows me to take on a new role in the business
- Qualifies me to Bookkeep, Work Profit and Loss statements and gives me industry knowledge to provide you with Resolutions
- Allows us to keep more of the business in-house - Saving Money as well as being efficient
Why is this effective?
- ACCA takes on average 4.5 Years to complete
- I have already completed/exempt from 9 Exams
- Looking to start studying for ACCA in the new year
- Take a few hours in the week to sit and study for the exams

Myself and Vinny build our own teams around contract and Perm - grow our respective teams continuously as the business grows.
