  • Definition: Flexibility is the ability to move muscles and joints thought a full normal range of motion(ROM)
  • There are only two types of flexibility static and dynamic
  • Some exercices that can prove your flexibility: forguard lunges, side lunges, cross-over and some more

Speed

  • Definition: the rate at which someone or something moves or operate or is able to move or operate
  • The tipes of speed are: Uniform speed, variable speed,avarage speed and at least instantaneous speed
  • Some exercices are: deadfit. high knees, linear run, squats, boxer jump and a lot more

  • Definition: the quality or state of being phisically strength
