It should be challenging, but not impossible

Your goal should never be fuzzy. It should be specific so you can be certain you will acheive it.
Relevant Examples
Non-example- I want to gain 10% muscle mass to help me dance
Example-I want to improve my muscular endurance to help me dance
Measureable Examples
Non-example- I want to jump higher!
Example-I want to increase my vertical jump by 2 inches.
Attainable Examples
Non-example- I want to increase my strength by 200% by tomorrow
Example-I want to increase my strength by 50% by the end of the month.
