This is a comprehensive design and materials review, supported by the capability to produce completely new design options with 2D layout ‘visuals’. Where appropriate, our expert designers can recommend alternatives for more innovative or cost effective materials solutions, and reengineer your product for the optimal balance of look and value.

For each product, we will investigate ways to minimise unnecessary waste in the production process and source the most sustainable materials available to fulfil your brief. We will also advise on the best printing and finishing options to ensure the most sustainable ‘end of life’ for each product.

2. Sustainability

For new labels there is often a critical path to market for labelled garments. So, we will review your launch date and match the label development to your path, identifying the progress and noting when key decisions need to be made. Our international production locations provide local knowledge as well as managing any localised supply and distribution needs for quicker and more efficient production times.

3. Speed to Market

Once your product specification has been finalised, we will tailor and adapt our bespoke web platform to your individual order placement, approval and tracking needs. The result will be a personalised ‘Byways My Way’ online ordering system that will make placing orders and tracking them an efficient and user-friendly process.

We will review your monthly production requirements and your most efficient manufacturing volumes. From this we can then propose stock levels that will optimise your inventory and ensure a constant availability of stock.
