Grammar rules
1. All nouns end in O
EG. Floro = flower
2. The definite article is always LA
EG La floro = the flower
La floroj = the flowers
3. Nouns are made plural by adding J
4. Verbs do not change for person or number
ESTI = to be, ESTAS = I am, you are, etc.
Mi estas (I am), li estas (he is) ni estas (we are), si estas (she is)
5. Present tense always ends in AS
Mi estis (I was), ili estas (they were)
6. Past tense always ends in IS
Li falos (he fell)
7. Future tense always ends in OS
