Advantages of living at home: 1. Privacy. 2. Long-term stability. 3. Possibility of customizing and decorating the space to your liking. 4. Greater space to live and store your belongings. 5. Possibility of having pets without restrictions. 6. Greater autonomy and freedom to make decisions about property. 7. Possibility of having your own garden or patio. 8. Greater security and control over access to your home. 9. Less exposure to noise and external distractions. 10. Potential to build wealth through ownership.

Disadvantages of living at home: 1. Responsibility to maintain and repair the property. 2. Higher costs in terms of mortgage, insurance, taxes and utilities. 3. Less flexibility to change location if necessary. 4. Possible limitation on available amenities and services compared to apartments or condominiums. 5. Increased time and effort required for garden or patio maintenance. 6. Risk of property value depreciation in certain economic circumstances. 7.
