My first experience at Michelin was as a TDM US9 (Ardmore) in the ZP/BAZ service (textile and metallic calendering production). After that, I moved to South Carolina within the Operational Methods team where I worked for 6 years. My focus was on ZA Charges and DHL ("Dosage Liquide et Huiles" - Liquid Dosing and Oils), and I was also responsible for Balise VICC and NAT20 EVO. Today, as an expatriate in France, I have the opportunity to lead multi-zone process improvement and prototype development, all while experiencing intercultural growth.

In line with Michelin's mission, our goal is to reduce the negative impact on the environment. To achieve this, we aim to eliminate virgin carbon black from the tire manufacturing formula and use more renewable materials. To reach this goal, I am researching new materials in collaboration with a team that also includes Vanessa. Our mission is to explore ways to increase the percentage of sustainable materials, initially.

During this period, I worked on projects such as NORDIC, ALPIN, and composite mixings, gaining valuable experience in industrialization and product/process relationships.As an SF2 Z/O industrializer, I managed upstream projects and developed skills for B2C and B2B material projects. In the Mixing team with Mohammed, we are involved in the NAT 20 project (the inclusion of more sustainable materials in the tire manufacturing formula).
