How can technology be used to support materials development?
Technology in the development of skills can be used as a support tool that provides us with a series of information, online activities, games, and didactic materials that we can apply in the classroom and make them more interactive.
What difficulties did you have during the process of designing the
interactive online workshops?
When developing the interactive workshops, taking into account each skill, I was presented with certain difficulties, one of them was the management of the application where it was asked to develop each workshop, since this was something new for me, I did not know how to handle it and what tool the application has I should apply for the design of the workshops. This process took me some time, I had to watch tutorials, create many drafts about each activity I developed, checking the methodology, if the link worked and opened, among others. There was a time when a workshop was deleted, because the internet went down. This took me certain days of development, the reading activity was a little difficult for me because I did not know how to put the texts, until a colleague explained that process to me, then I began to investigate the topic I chose for it and to create each activity, taking into account that this is relevant so that the student can develop each of the proposed skills to learn a new language. In the end, everything became easier and I can say that next time I won't have so many difficulties to design workshops.
