Onboarding and the Training Team

  • Their progress is closely monitored throughout the day to ensure completion. If they require more time we coordinate with the new hire's manager to allow more time. The New hire has 1 week MAX to complete compliance training.
  • The Training team works closely with each new hire and is in direct contact with them throughout their first day at MG/MS.
  • Directly following Fundamentals training the new hire will begin compliance training in 360Learning,

The compliance path can take 2.5 hour- 3 hours to complete.

  • Reporting can be downloaded to verify when the learner's certificate will expire.
  • Platform coaches (Rodi) will receive an email 1 week prior to a learner's certificate expiration date.
    • The learner will be re-enrolled in a new session and have 1 week to compltete the path.
