Feelings

Requests

How we feel in reaction to the observations.
Actions we request that "enrich our lives"(p.7)

Method

Needs

Observations

The actions we observed that affected us.
Adapted from Marshall Rosenberg's Non-Violent Communication Model.
Needs & values that help create our feelings.

Conflict 1

Using the NVC method, I adressed a previous conflict I had with my sister. The conflict took place on our last holiday together, where she was angry at me for waking up too late. The issue went on unresolved.

Conflict 2

Using the NVC method, I adressed an ongoing conflict I have with a student that is in my group at Uni. I pulled her aside after class to adress the issue I have with her not contributing to many of the assignemnts and ignoring teamwork in class and over our WhatsApp group.

Thank you
