A Colony Deputy must have served as neighborhood staff for at least a month within the colony they will be employed by. Before instatement as Colony Deputy the person must Complete the Colony Staff Training Program and pass the final exam. He/She must log in at least once a day. Be willing to put in many hours (amount to be determined) a week in performing their duties, which is above and beyond attendance to meetings and responding to correspondence. He/She must having a regular on-line time when residents &/or co-workers can get in touch with her/him to discuss things face to face.

Being a Neighborhood Deputy can be one of the most rewarding jobs you will ever have in CT. A good ND holds both leadership skills and natural people skills. You are a role model, teacher, student, and player. Your job as ND is like being in the middle of a huge chain; you're a link between the NL and the BLs and BDs.Your job will consist of many duties ranging from hiring a BD to rebuilding boards to helping the NL in whatever they need while helping your BLs and your BDs. Here in Games Colony, we have many different kinds of ND's. Grid ND's that oversee grids such as A, B, C, and so on.
Neighborhood Leader Job Description:
The Neighborhood Leader is the person in charge of overseeing the well being of the "hood" in his/her charge. Responsibilities can include; Developing the people working under him/her. That is to train the ND's in the tasks they perform, and to help them become responsible individuals, each with their own unique qualities and working styles. Delegates authority and tasks among his/her Deputy's, Maintain a healthy and constructive environment within the neighborhood. The NL must report to the Colony Leader on a regular basis, and be a spokesman for the hood at various events and functions in Cybertown.
