MY ACHIEVEMENTS IN THE SHORT, MEDIUM AND LONG TERM

Introduction: Personal and professional achievements.

I have been working with the military forces and in recent months I have worked in the Social Integration Secretary as assistant to the Sub-Director, collaborating on different projects and applying the knowledge I have acquired in my studies in the reports before the Mayor of Bogota. This is how this week I have participated in a project whose purpose is to benefit the vulnerable population of Bogota, which has been classified under the term hidden poverty, offering workshops for the creation of micro businesses. This work has given me great satisfaction on a personal and professional level.

My name is Ferney Rendon Diagama, I have lived in Bogotá City and I have studied Business Administration at Open and Distance National University UNAD. Also, I have studied a diploma in transparency, integrity, prevention and the fight against corruption at the Superior School of Public Administration ESAP.

Development: Short term Goals and expectations (5 years)

In five years I will be forty-eight years old and I will graduate as a business administrator and I will participate in a promotion contest in my company, in order to earn a better salary, and then I will buy a new house and travel around word for example Europe and Egyth. Although on my next vacation I will travel to see some beautiful places in Colombia. And I will be working in my own alternative business that could guarantee me greater economic stability and offer my family well-being. On theother hand, my son Matias will finished primary school and turn eleven years old and as a reward we will travel to the Disney amusement parks in the city of Orlando (Florida in the United States), to fulfill this achievement I will study English with greater effort because it is important to speak fluent in a second language. With the new salary that I will earn, I will be able to help my father pay the bank loan and support the well-being of my parents and siblings. I will also buy a house on the outskirts of Bogota and grow fruits and vegetables, and I will offer them to my family

!In 10 years I will be living in Bogotá D.C., I will have enjoyed metro transportation throughout the city, also in the peripheral neighborhoods of the city there will be a cable metro and to travel to the sheet now there will be the sheet train. I will have traveled to many places in the world and I will have to record these wonderful memories in a digital file to show to my grandchildren. I will have turned fifty-three and will have completed most of my achievements, since I would be very close to retiring. I will have consolidated myself as a professional and I will have studied a master's degree at the National University of Colombian, and my business would have been successful and it would be necessary to open a second branch. I will have bought a second apartment which is very spacious, comfortable and convenient for my loved ones to rest when they visit me. My son Matias will have turned sixteen years old and will have studied tenth grade and I must be very proud of him. I will have known the achievements of my nephews in their different professions which will serve the future of Colombia. Likewise, my family will have economic and health well-being.
