This active involvement helps to ensure that the improvement plan is responsive to their needs and aspirations, fostering a sense of ownership and motivation among students.
Parents: they played a significant role in their children's education. Their participation in the improvement plan provides an opportunity to gather feedback on the school's performance, identify areas for growth, and contribute to the development of strategies that support student learning at home.
