Internet Gaming disorder

Worldwide, 3.05% of the population has gaming disorder in 2021. That is approximately 60 million people!

There is still so much more to be researched. In The cognitive psychology of Internet gaming disorder, the disorder is hard to pin down with a list of verifiable symptoms. At this time, its left open ended. Daniel L. King seems to believe this could help those who need the diagnose. However, it shouldn't be left that way. The symptoms proposed by King will be listed on the second page, if you or a friend is worried.

It was originally thought to appear similarly to addiction to gambling. After further speculation, it appears to have its own cognitive profile accoding to King.
