-Specific warm-up: focuses on
the activity we are going to do
EXAMPLES
For example if you are going to train football in the general warm up you start by moving your body and getting in hot. In the specific warm up you would start to train your legs,ankles,knees... everything that you will train during the activity.
OBJETIVES
The objetives of the warm up are: increasing the temperature for reducing the probabillity of injuries and increase the performance during the activity you are going to practise
BENEFITS
Some benefits are: If you have a good warm up its very low the probabillity of getting injure.Also you can have a good performance with a good warm up and with the time you will be getting with more resistance.
